Public Notice Regarding Mailed Tax Payments

The Clear Creek ISD Tax Office is advising customers of a temporary issue that affected the processing of mailed tax payments submitted through CCISD's lockbox service. Due to an administrative error by a banking partner, the associated USPS P.O. Box was closed from late November through December 24, 2025, temporarily interrupting mail delivery.
The issue has been resolved; however, lockbox services have been suspended while procedures are reviewed to prevent a recurrence.
If you mailed a payment during this period, we cannot guarantee it will be processed. To avoid potential duplicate payments, please consider placing a stop payment with your financial institution.

If mail is returned to you, please forward it in the original stamped envelope to the local office at:

If the original postmarked envelope is included, CCISD will honor the December postmark.
If you prefer not to mail your payment again, you may deliver it in person. The Tax Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For your convenience, a secure drop box is also available at the Education Support Center Tax entrance for after-hours payments; payments left in the drop box will be posted the next business day.
