The 44th Annual CCISD Livestock Show & Auction is right around the corner, marking a proud tradition that celebrates student dedication, agricultural education, and community support. This annual event represents the culmination of countless hours of hard work by CCISD FFA students who have spent months caring for their animals and developing agricultural projects in hopes of earning top honors, including Grand Champion titles, in their respective categories.

    Agricultural Mechanics Judging

  • Tuesday, January 20 | 7:30 a.m.
    Livestock Show Kick-Off
Show Events begin at 8:00 a.m.
    Non-Animal Judging begins at 8:15 a.m.

  • Thursday, January 22 | 5:00 p.m.
    Buyer Registration & Dinner
    6:30 p.m. Livestock Auction

Community members, families, and local supporters are invited to attend the Livestock Auction on Thursday, January 22, at the West Agriculture Barn, where student projects will be auctioned and buyers will have the opportunity to directly support CCISD FFA programs and students.

Those unable to attend in person can still be part of the experience. Livestreams of the livestock shows and auction will be available at ccisd.net/livestockshow, where viewers can also find additional event details and ways to support participating students.

Buyer Information

To improve the event experience, CCISD has introduced a streamlined buyer registration process this year. All buyers are encouraged to pre-register online before the event to receive their bidder number upon arrival, allowing for faster and smoother check-in. Walk-up registration will still be available; however, pre-registration is recommended.

Please note that all buyers must be registered to participate in the Silent Auction, Live Auction, and Freezer Sale.

Pre-Register

The CCISD Livestock Show & Auction is more than a competition, it’s a celebration of responsibility, leadership, and real-world learning. Through participation in FFA, students gain valuable skills in animal science, agricultural mechanics, project management, and communication, all while building connections with the community that supports them.
